I wish to bring one unfair negative feedback case in front of you. I had listed one calculator with name ►CITIZEN CT512 DUAL POWER 12 DIGIT BUSINESS CALCULATOR► in daily deals. One of the buyer has left negative feedback stating that "am very disappointed with your product.....its not orignal" Whereas buyer has got same product without a single variation in discription and look. Still buyer left negative.
When we contacted the buyers he first said ok I am leaving folloup comment to remove the negative. Now then he left same kind of comment which he previously left. Again we tried to contact to the buyer but he is not accepting my calls.
When I had appealed in CRF for feedback removal I got massage today that "A majority of Community review forum jurors have decided that the feedback for this transaction should remain." In CRF also buyer has replied that yes he go same which shown in discription. Still the jury are voating towards buyers side. I think its time to check who are the jury members through RTI. Because we are unsafe. If we mistake we agree that but when we are not in fault then why should we suffer from it.
May I know how is it possible? Buyer is getting same product without a single variation in discription but still he is leaving negative. I think jury members are now only buyers. That is the reason this is happening. Or may be Jury are dumb not have standard process knowledge. We asked buyer if you not happy have a refund but dnn't give us unfair negatives. But buyer not responds to that also.
May I know what is our mistake? We sell product as per discription is it our mistake? eBay guys takes initiative while resolving the buyers product issues. They will call sellers they will call buyers. Then why they not call to buyer when they leaves unfair negatives? Why eBay not taking any initiatives?
I am really disappointed. Please do the needful. I am very sure each and every seller is suffering from this issue.
