For a change I try turning to being a buyer on ebay and get to have the worst experience in exchange.
I raised a claim againt a defective product, waited for several days for the claim adjuster to respond. When he did he could not arrange a pick up of the defective item but wanted me to do all his work.
In spite of understand that he was not able to arrange pick up due to long weekend and holidays he insisted that i send him. Then on a sunday he closed the claim because he did not want to wait on me. Strange, neither seller has any issue nor me as a buyer had any issue.
Now I have shipped the item back and am waiting to hear from the SELLER and the CLAIM ADJUSTER. Both of whom is no where to be found even after a week.
Lets see how low can the claim adjuster get. Will update this post with updates on a daily basis so that ebay you get a general feedback. If the post is deleted then I would have to re create a new post again as the issue is not resolved yet.
