Buyers think that confirming item receipt means receiving it from courier service only,
So we sellers are getting late for payment and cant sell more item till the payments come,
Ebay should look onto this,
And one of my buyer claiming a replacement after 1.5 months and ebay agreed,
The claim case was resolved because the buyer didn't provide return details to ebay in 5 days of deadline,
he did it after 1 week of deadline and sent me nothing but a empty box with a earphone & data cable( he was supposed to send me a phone).
And ebay wants me to replace the item,

@ankits56
Its happening with many sellers over eBay. Unfortunately eBay is highly biased towards the buyers because they giving them business (and not the seller).
I also don't think that any of officials from eBay, India is listening to this forum and try to know problems arising with genuine sellers. So many scam artist buyers are spoiling the joy of online business and sellers are being cheated every day.
You do send a replacement to your buyer ... just the same box with earphone & data cable (no phone) and tell eBay that you have done your job 😛
Good luck!
