Buyers are getting smarter & use eBay Guarantee for getting refunds +

Case in Point:

A buyer paid for an item (Philips & then started pestering us for early delivery.

330723677686Philips QG3250 7 in 1 Rechargeable Grooming kit 2Yrs Philips India Warranty Bill


We sent the item in sealed box condition & ebay packaging.

Buyer raised a claim that he recd. Brite Shaver instead of Philips.

We tried to reason with the buyer,Philips Kit weighs 800-900gms, while the Brite Shaver would weigh 300gms.

Also our company doesn't sell Brite Shaver or similar low value products but only Big brands like Phili[ps, Panasonic etc

Now the fun began with eBay Guarantee passing the claim of the buyer even after our opposition for the same.

eBay Seller Protection were supposed to reimburse our PaisaPay a/c within 10 days but nothing has happened so far.

Am still waiting for the refund since last 30 days.


Will be posting on Voices & also online forums if this payment is not credited by Thursday, 16th August,2012 remittance cycle.


This is FYI & prompt action.


Aside to XXXXX: Same rigmarole has started again. Please do the needful before this cancer spreads.

Our staff have been following up / called / emailed but to no avail.

This is FYI & to alert members to the new ways of committing frauds by eBay buyers.
