although i am new seller i am pretty sure that we(sellers) do not have right to give a negative feedback for buyers.
i have a strange encounter with a seller from US. she bought 2 UPPADA SAREES AND KOYAL COTTON SAREES.

I Posted buyers items on the next day and the buyer received in time.
but strangely the buyer e-mailed me stating that these are poly silk and not genuine silk. i don't understand as the same sarees were brought by other buyer and received the positive feedback.
Well she stated in e-mail that if you not refund my money back including return shipping charges SHE SAID "I HAVE NOTHING TO DO BUT LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK" i was afraid being a new seller and promised her that i will refund your money(including shipping charges) as soon as i received items.
but i haven't received any item until now and i have e-mailed her couple of times but never got any response from her. Later today i have received negative feedbacks for my three items i sold to this buyer.
i have checked what has the buyer purchased and found out she like to give only negative feedbacks but never interested in giving positive feedbacks. she gave negative feedback to another new seller who has 100% positive feedback and what is more important is that Seller has sold same sarees to other buyers and all gave postive to the seller.
how come this buyer say that items are fake if other buyers give 5 star ratings to the same items.
PS : IN THE PREVIOUS MAIL BY THE BUYER " I THINK IT IS BLACK MAIL TO A SELLER STATING THAT "I WILL LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK IF I WONT GET MY REFUND BACK".
EBAY SHOULD ALSO ALLOW TO LEAVE A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK TO THESE RUTHLESS AND SENSELESS BUYERS.
