I purchased the below product with Buyer transaction details for PaisaPay ID 29727422880.

As per the product details the battery delivered was Original Motorola Battery. But after using that battery I found that I have same problem as earlier with my mobile. So I have given my mobile to the Motorola service center for checkup and as per them the battery is duplicate one and hence the battery backup problem.
Can you please take necessary steps with the vendor and find out why they are selling duplicate parts while as per the product description it should be original. Due to this it is creating bad name for your so much famed website.
Please inform me about the actions taken and please help me out to get the money back.

Hi,

Many sellers sell duplicate products as OEM or Original.

Original products are always costlier. OEM or Non-Original product doesn't come with valid invoice (with tax breakup).

Its better to not buy than purchasing a duplicate product. ---------------
