Buyer threatened to refund his money via email

I listed my used router modem in perfect working condition on ebay for sale with clearly mentioned in listing "ONCE SOLD ITEM IS NON-RETURNABLE, REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE" Priced for Rs.650/- plus Delivery charges Rs.100/- for seller's city & Rs.250/- outside seller all over India.
Buyer using 2 user id wrote:-
Buyer's user ID (1):-ohotons , Contacted me and asked for discount as i will pay 500 total and suggested to send by Trackon Courier or ONDOT.info as he said they are cheap, i offered Rs.650/- Incl. Shipping Buyer Reply And requested to make Rs.600/- Which i agreed, so buyer said please update your listing and i will purchase with my different user ID
In a minute buyer purchased with Different Ebay user ID(2):-sai_dham ,

After receiving sucessful payment confirmation from Paisapay i checked the item properly and found its working perfect and i sent the item using DTDC Couriers.
Very next day in evening i emailed buyer "have you received it" He replied yes i received it but its not working, he added he called computer engg. from some "one hunt india network engg" and they say router modem is faulty, so i replied him back to check the wires as i said i checked it before sending and he replied he called his internet provider they check all way and said router is faulty so from day 1.after clearly mentioning in listing that item is non returnable or non refundable I myself emailed buyer to send it back and i will refund his money minus courier charges which i paid to courier company, after this buyer started abusing and wrote threatning email:-

"listen u have fool me & no engg have open any router , also router is with me so how can some one open it.

i today when to service centre of dlink he said that router have fault & will cost rs.350 for repair also he said the serial number back is remove by some one so he ask me wheather this is theft router or what

i said i dont know i have purcahse at ebay from delhi basic buyer

i am making a police complaint under ipc420 if u dont pay my money as i know how to handle fraud person like you , also i have inform ebay to refund the money as i get the refund then i shall send

alos now i need the courier charges to send you back so send my rs,.600+ COURIER TOLD HE WILL TAKE RS.60 some trackom couirier & other are costly

so pay this amt or wait police to some remmeber i hate fraud person & delhi is fav for frauds so fool other"

so i opened buyers both ebay user id and found buyer is a seller of Used routers he is selling with user id(1) :-

So my question why a seller of all type of new used modem routers, usb modem need a computer engg. he must know how to install such a common router which anybody can easily install? he always use personnel mail id and not ebay contact seller option.

Buyer threatened to refund his money and don't want to return item now, sold item is used item sold as is where is basis and clearly mentioned no refund or return excepted, even after no return policy i'm ready to take it back from day 1 buyer sayes serial number is missing so he said he will report to police, Why should we remove serial its a on a sticker. now he wants his full refund and also courier charges to send me item back
Please suggest what should i do with such buyers?
Also i request you to please take action against these buyers.

this is very sad case to see as ebay has fraud type of this persons.

As i didn't replied to buyer's email, Buyer sending me more threatening emails
Have a look:
"let me know will u refund my money or your waiting for FIR remember one time i did same i cannot take complaint back as i have spoken to my advocate he said this is a dam fraud, he said first take help of ebay team if they dont help then filed a fir under ipc 420 case as its non bailable warrant

if you think i am just saying pls ask ur advocate"

Please Tell me how to deal with buyers like this?

Now Buyer left negative feedback saying "FRAUD SELLER I DID NOT GOT ANY PARCEL TILL DATE ! BEWARE FRAUD SELLER AT EBAY"
He spoiled My 100%, Please help how can ebay help remove it as i don't want to spoil my image without any fault.:-(

Hi Pavan,

The best option as mentioned above is to apply in the community court. A community court has a group of renowned and trusted sellers on ebay as jury. You have to explain all the case over there. After you do this the buyer gets one post to say what he wants and then finally you have to make a second reply. After this procedure is done your case will be registered and will be judged by jury's as an voting method. After reading the case they vote for you or for the buyer. This takes around 10-15 days. If you win the negative feedback will be removed from your profile else it will be there with no options left for you.

Very unfortunate case. A big fraud buyer. First tried to rip off seller by telling that he got a faulty system and tried to extract money from seller by threatning police action. When that failed he left feedback that he has not received the parcel at all.

Though eBay suggested community court, but as we all know if the appointed juries do not log in & vote, the feedback will remain.That is a flaw in community court system.

In this case it is very clear that buyer has tried to fraud the seller. Such type of buyers should be reported and thrown out from eBay before he attempts another fraud to another seller, because some seller may give in to such police threatning and pay money to the buyer.

I hope eBay will take suitable action to suspend such buyer. Once suspended his negative feedback will be automatically removed.

I filed a case with Community Court, buyer also responded saying
"Hello
this is delhi based buyer making his own stories, i have not received any parcel refund my money"

why he mostly call me buyer instead seller?

so i made my second reply.

Very smart buyer. He has very cleverly changed his user id to almost identical with seller. So when the community court jury members go for voting, they may unknowingly vote for the buyer (thinking that they are voting for seller).
