Ebay closed the below dispute without giving any claim results or contacts.
Dispute Escalated to eBay
Final Comments: Item Not Received: SONY DVD - R MEDIA (+) & (-) 10S PACK (4.7 GB) (#8738387862)
Payment Method: PaisaPay
Payment Date: 19-Dec-2005
When the money wil be refunded by ebay. Until now there is no response from the ebay claims department. I don't know the reason. Different people from the customer care department are sending the same message to me as response, but still now i didn't receive any call from the claims department of ebay.

Hi,
The seller has already been unregistered. I hope that you will get the refund soon.
As per the ebay refund rules, you are not likely to receive the delivery charges and Rs.50 will be deducted from your payment as processing charges. So, its a pity that you will loose more than Rs.110 for no fault of yours.
I think, for sellers with very low rating, ebay may hold the PaisaPay money a little bit longer (say 30 days from the date of payment) so that the shipping charges can also be refunded in case they are unregistered for fraudulent activities.
. Best Regards 😄
