Bulk Relist do not give offer credits

My favourite eBay feature is Bulk Relist because it saves a lot of time for relisting large number of items. But when there is some offer say, Free Gallery Offer, I do not get a credit to my account when I use Bulk Relist feature for using Gallery Pictures. This should not happen.

Another issue I want raise is that when I list some of my new items, it appears on my eBay Shop after 10-12 hours and when it is listed worldwide then it is searched on International eBay sites after more than 24 hours.

This is happening since 2-3 weeks. Before that, as soon as I listed my items, within an hour it used to appear on my eBay Shop. May I know the reason for this long delays? Because of this my 7-days listing only gets 6 days of selling period.

I have posted an issue and a week has passed but none of the members from eBay Customer Support Team has taken the trouble of answering my issue. Is this negligence or you do not have a reply to my issue?

YES I VERY MUCH AGREE WHY ARE WE CHARGE WHEN WE USE BULK RELIST ?
