Can I as a seller, block certain buyers, who create more of a nuisance value, rather than being genuinely interested in purchasing a product? I know of 2-3 people who will not specify what their grievance is, and will unnecessarily put up negative or neutral comments, which seem to be aiming to just ruin the seller's trade-worthiness.
Can't we block such people from buying the products?

Is the buyers buying it for FREE? When they pay money and purchase anything they would expect some quality/standard. That is quite natural only.
