BigDaddy Promotion Gift not yet received (90+ days over)

I purchased an item on 8th June worth Rs.20,005 (My PaisaPay ID: 31452473850). I used promotion code 'BIGDADDY08' to claim gift ’SanDisk 64 GB Pendrive’. I was supposed to get it within 45 days, but still didn't get it even after 3 months. This is very disappointing and I feel chested by EBay. Address this issue asap.

The summer promotion gift which I redeemed on June 8th I have not received yet.

I had 22 chat session with ebays CC staff and 4 mails to inpromotions@ebay.com.

No reply

The CC staff always says that you will get within 7 days.

Same problem here as well. It's been almost 4 months now. Called eBay and they promised that this case has been forwarded to concern department and I will receive call within 24 hour and they never called me.
