I did get your point, sir. Very clearly. I have been writing about that all along in this thread. The buyers you mention (who get surprised when they see they have not received a genuine product) are your potential customer base. Please take it upon yourself to educate them. That is why i have wrote in the last post also:
"The sale of chinese mobiles are another example. If the genuine sellers indulge in educating their potential customer base that there are brands like Micromax, Fly and Spice that specifically cater to the economy-class segment with good features and warranties, then it shall benefit both the buyer and the genuine sellers."
All i wanted to convey was that greed and stupidity is not why buyers are falling for it. There can be alternate explanations. Some people have their own reasons for knowing buying this stuff. For the rest, buyer education by fellow sellers will come into play.
