I purchased a cell phone - SonyEricsson K700i+Warrany+Very good condition on 30/6/05.(6409272018).from seller 'cashncarry'.Before payment I received an email from seller for paying outside ebay ie directly to his ICICI Bank a/c.This made a dout abot the cell phone & 3 emails directly to sellers email address & one through ebay was sent- Quote- "I shall pay through paisa pay .Please confirm you will send the Original Cashmemo (in your name) (that you are the actual owner),your envoice with IMEI no. of the set ,user's manual,softwear CD."--- Shyamal Roy Unquote.As seller didn't reply now I am sure that the cell phone is a stolen one.EBAY is requested to ban the seller. And my commitment to purchase the same stands cancelled.
