Bank has debited my amount but ebay says no payment made!

Hi I tried to Purchase a Usb Pendrive and got failed transaction message " saying Sorry, your payment was not successful."

But the Anount has beed Detucted from my accout 

17 Nov 2014  , "AHDF3558469572-BilldkEbayIndiaPriva" referance number is "1117135425 " 

Please have a look into this issue
