Bad Experience at eBay

Hello eBay team,

I am facing a lot of problems with the Seller called "societi". I made the payment for an item (5015640559) on July-22nd and till date I have not received the watch. I also opened up a dispute at Dispute Console (http://feedback.ebay.in/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ResolveDispute&DisputeID=64066541) but invain.

No one has been able to HELP me and more over the Seller is NOT AT ALL replying to my mails for long.

I kindly BEG you to help me in this matter as this causing me a mental breakdown with a fear of loosing my money to the seller at eBay.

Please please HELP ME!

called the buyer and he said that his brother has brought a new phone for him and he does not want
this phone.. I ask Ebay does it work like that..after people have made a bid they do not buy the
product...what support does the seller get from Ebay.... please advise.

The buyer agreed to meet today on 2 September 2005 at 12:00 pm at andheri E however did not meet up
nor is picking the phone to talk .....the buyer is not paying...looks like

I was to receive a payment of around Rs 516 around 2 months ago.
the house no in regestration address in ebay was by mistake entered wrong but when i contacted ebay team by emails they didnt replied me .still i havent got my cheque and then i told them to close my A/c that was also not done.

ebay team is so careless that a person keeps on telling them their problems but they donot reply thm.

If still u can do something then please send my cheque and close my account.

Is there anyone listening ? I am tired now. Its been 2 MONTHS that I paid for an Item. I opened a Dispute also. But no one has been able to help me.
I BEG EBAY to help me in this. The seller name is "Societi" and I have not received any item from the seller till date.

Please control yourself. I had also similar experiences on ebay & lost my money. If you want, you can lodge a complaint in the Cyber crime cell of the Seller's city & don't expect anything from ebay people. If you will lodge the complaint with all the proofs, the seller & ebay will be bound to furnish all the details before the POLICE & you will get your lost money. Certainly you are entitled to get the compensation also from ebay.

Thanks a lot for your kind advice. I have lodged a complaint against eBay and the seller "societi" with the Cyber Crime Cell of Hyderabad city.
