Your Customer Service is very bad, They dont know to respect the customer, make fun of call, do partiality with their known one. I would never suggest doing business only when you are ready to loss you money or item,
I bought a blackberry storm 9530 on 10 september paisapay id 32139020656 item id 320976575962
i received it on around 14-15 september
seller shipped the phone but i encounterd various complaints with it.
1. I didnt get the bill of the original bill when asked from the buyer for the bill he refused to send the bill and said if bill is required then the amount paid the bill is less while buying I have to provide some more amount that has not been told or described to me at the time of buying(must be included in the details that in this amount I will not get the original bill) with following other problems.
2. Charger connection port is loose sometimes it is charging sometimes not.
3. The screen of the mobile is also somewhat loose.
4. I didnt get the original blackberry mobile cover with the handset.
I immediatly informed this to seller as well as to ebay.
Ebay peoples adviced me to initiate refund and launch a claim, i did so on around 17 september
ebay assured me i will get a call from claim adjuster but i am still waiting for their call.
meanwhile i hv called ebay around 10 times and daily they assure me i will get a call within 2 hours, within 24 hours etc. Last time they asked for 24-48 hours.
My refund complaint is on hold for about 11 days and I didnt got any call from claim adjuster. This service quality by ebay is something i never wanted.

After buying any type of expensive items or goods from ebay you can't image to get your money back...even seller dosen't give proper solution after selling item...so in my opinion we should buy items from proper store with warranty & not try to save little money to buying item online.....
