BIGDADDY promo gifts not yet received, 30+ days over

I have made the following purchases under ebay.in's bigdaddy scheme.

Date: 13/06/12, PP ID: 31475361281, Code: BIGDADDY07
Date: 11/06/12, PP ID: 31465329601, Code: BIGDADDY03
Date: 06/06/12, PP ID: 31441450241, Code: BIGDADDY04
Date: 06/06/12, PP ID: 31440848561, Code: BIGDADDY10

I have not yet received the items, 30-40 days are over from purchase date.

I have already sent email reminders to ebay support via the Ebay messaging system.
1st: 20/6/12-acknowledgement and confirmation of gift validity received
2nd: 11.7.12-no response
3rd: 14.7.12-no response

emails sent via ebay messaging system, and to inpromotions@ebay.com, seemak@ebay.com.

Currently on hold with live chat: started with 28 mins, then 34, then 42, now 32. Doubt if it will get connected at all.

I have checked thedetails from my side. As per it is mentioned in our Terms and Conditions it is mentioned that once the transaction is successful after that within 45 to 60 days the gifts will be dispatched.

That's why they are called "GIFTS". You can't claim any refund on it as you didn't paid for it. You paid only for the product, remember?

Any one received the big daddy gift.i called ebay customer care they saying they also dont know when we will get the gift item.Its an third party providing gifts to us but i dont know why ebay doing like this.
