BIG SCAM @ Baazee > 12 buyers looted of more than 2 lakhs

Soon this page may have more than 15-20 odd complaints about Mr. Jagdish Kumar (electronicshoppe -21229722)from Chandigarh cheating more than 2 lakhs from 15 odd innocent buyers. I wont let this go under covers like many cases.

The buyers are : -

where is the god damn "SELLER VERIFICATION" AND "BUYER PROTECTION". Where is my money?? eBay n Baazee I want my money back.

I have read many instances of what Baazee does - "SIT TIGHT FOR 60 DAYS - SEND ONLY AUTOMATED MAILS EACH WITH A 48 HR WARNING TO THE SELLER(FOR 60 DAYS) AND THEN CLOSE THE CASE ASKING THE BUYER TO CONTACT the SELLER THEMSELVES N TAKE NECESSARY ACTION" .

BAD LUCK BAZEE TEAM THIS WILL NOT WORK IN MY CASE. HAVE NO DOUBTS

I am ready to drag you to consumer court.

Already filed an Internet fraud case : I05033013157377 .

Discussed the issue with my business lawyer.

Contacted Chandigarh Police to get hold of that fraud Jagdish Kumar.

IN CASE I DONT GET MY REFUND SOON ,GET READY FOR A CONSUMER COURT CASE BAZEE n EBAY.


I APPEAL ALL THE buyers TO come forward and make so much publicity of this issue that these guys wake from their everlong sleep. REFUND ALL OF OUR MONEY BACK OR ELSE be TOTALLY PREPARED TO FACE THE MUSIC. UR DAYS OF COUNTING MONEY N HARASSING THE BUYERS WILL SOON BE OVER. GOOD LUCK BAZEE N EBAY TEAM !!.

Very sorry to hear about ur bad deal. I was tricked too once, and that guy was from Chandigarh too!!

And the item - 2028994405 shows up as:

That makes me wonder, if E-bay is pruposely looting its members of their money? Agreed the items that are more than 90 days old dont show up, but the lines i have marked in bold are very disturbing to read. Especially this part - "If the item was removed by eBay, please consider this transaction canceled." Now that is what leads me to think - what if e-bay India has joined hands with crooks?

I have bid and won a product, but now i am very apprehensive to go on. I am sort of regretting loggin back in to baazee/e-bay now.

Lets hear it from the E-bay staff.

Just noticed that this thread was started on 3rd April and not a single reply has come from the E-bay staff.. which only leads me to believe they are a part of a HUGE fraudster gang!

Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. The item id that you have mentioned here belongs to a transaction on Baazee, and therefore eBay system is not able to accept that item id.

If you wish to report the problem regarding a transaction that had taken place on Baazee, please visit the old site and via your My Baazee you will be able to lodge a complaint. You can visit the old site by ‘Go to old Baazee’ link at top right hand side of every eBay page.

I hope this will provide you with some clarification.
