BEWARE OF THESE TWO FRAUD SELLERS AND REMEMBER NOT TO TRANSFER MONEY DIRECTLY TO ANY ONE'S ACCOUNT:

1. Bid_-2-_Win - WHO has asked to transfer money to his account and he will despach N75 King of N series listing - is a fraud, after 12,500 INR - payment he sent me stones in a nicely packed box. Bloody fraud.
2. mail2sinha - After payment - 16K - he sent me another used old broken phone and now saying he sent me E71 but I have changed it.
NEVER TRANSFER FUNDS DIRECTLY WITH OUT KNOWING WHO THE PERSON IS AND HIS WHERE ABOUTS. I AM BEING CHEATED IN THIS TWO CASES. DON'T GET FOOLED BY SUCH FRAUD SELLERS WHO OFFER YOU HIGH END PHONES FOR LESS.

Can any one suggest me, how do I deal with these two bastards. 2 mail2sinha seems to have closed his account in EBAY now. I have already sent a mail in detail about these two fraudsters to CBYER CRIME CELL.
I have checked with ICICI bank also, they said both of them have with drawn the amount and closed their accounts immediately.

sorry to know your concern . These kind of seller spoil name of others genuine sellers .
You can logde complaint with your local police station too...
It is always better to avoid direct payment or similar for big payments ..even if it is small amount one must use paisapay or paypal on ebay ..
Every serious seller use paisapay or paypal

I have repeatedly raised my voice about these fraud (There are many on ebay.in) sellers, but somehow or the other ebay.in does not care.
I think ebay.in should ask all sellers to make a security deposit of Rs. 50,000/- with ebay. This will deter the fraud sellers.
Anyway lodge a complain with ebay, maybe they can do something about this matter.
