I CALLED CUST SERVICE FOR A REFUND ON SATURDAY & SUNDAY (OCT 10 & OCT 11), I WAS PLACED ON HOLD FOR GOOD 15-20 MINUTES EVERYTIME BY URJIT AND JAFFAR, I HAD TO HANG UP, BCOZ I WAS BADLY FRUSTRATED, I ASKED FOR MANAGER ON SATURDAY, THEY SAID HE IS ON OFF, SUPERVISOR NOT AVAILABLE, SAMEERA ONE WHO WROTE ME AN EMAIL ON SEPT 7TH, SAYING REFUND HAS BEEN APPROVED, I WILL GET DEMAND DRAFT IN 10 BUSINESS DAYS, I STILL HAVE A COPY OF THAT EMAIL, SHE WAS ON BREAK, THESE WERE URJIT'S STATEMENTS, NOW NEXT DAY SUNDAY I CALLED, UNFORTUNATELY IT WAS URJIT AGAIN, HE SAID HE IS GOING TO TRANS TO MANAGER, I SAID HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO TRANSFER, HE SAID HARDLY A MINUTE, I WAS KEPT ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES, I LOST MY PATIENCE, I HUNG UP. I CALLED IN FEW HOURS I SPOKE WITH JAFFER, HE PLACED ME ON HOLD FOR 20 MINUTES, I HAVE HAD TO HANG UP, I AM GOING TO INVOLVE CONSUMER COURT INTO THIS, I WANT MY MONEY. IF THERE IS SOMEBODY IN THIS DEPARTMENT WHO WORKS SERIOUSLY AND IS CONCERNED ABOUT THIS DIABOLICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, PLZ. LISTEN TO THESE CALLS.
