Any body knows good courier service for Kerala . I am facing a lot of issues in Kerala .

Is there any way a seller can give one time return free shipping if the buyer is not satissfied with the product.
In my experience i got a mobile but i was not satisfied with the model as it was a diffrent look and when i approached my seller he asked me to courier back, so i have to pay my shipping charage which costed over all transaction for more than the product cost.
sellers can come up with some idea to reduce more burden on the buyers.
