I had ordered a rose gold and a silver watch from eBay , but both rose gold watches got delivered by mistake. After raising a claim on eBay I got to know dat v need to contact the seller for the issue. When I contacted the seller @warnerretails he asked me to courier the watch and order a new watch from him. I ordered a new watch from the same seller and guess what.. I got a new watch with the courier delivery charges in it. I m happy with the service from warnerretails and his thought about customer satisfaction. Great experience . Thanks eBay ๐
