Automatic Refund approved - cash still not refunded to the account

I bought a product "FACTORY UNLOCKED BRAND NEW SEALED APPLE iPHONE 4S 16 GB WHITE/ BLACK(180978823563)" but since the seller did not ship the item within 5 days it got auto refunded .This is my PaisaPay ID 32256796514 for the transaction , but i still have not received the refund in my credit card yet .Is there any way i could escalate this issue to some one who could really help .

We've approved your refund on 14th October. By this time, it should reflect in your Credit card account. I am sure that you had a fruitful conversation with our customer support executive today and been provided the refund details. We are sharing refund details with you on mail,too. I would request you to please check with your Credit card issuer with the details provided.
