Being a seller previously, I simply trusted ebay and didnt give much weightage to complaints on delay in promo gifts by other ebayers. But ebay proved me wrong. Worst service and commitment levels by ebay with regard to promotional gifts. Till now, no communication about my free gift nor any mails to cust care being responded. Hope atleast here, I will get some answer. Why are you repeatedly failing to honor promotional gifts?

I ALSO DIDNOT RECEIVE MY S GANESHA GIFT AND ALSO THE MONSOON PROMO GIFT ITS VERY BAD PLESE DONOT BUY ITEMS FROM EBAY BY USING PROMOTIONS AND MR. JABEER JOSHI IN EBAY INDIA CUSTOMER SUPPORT HE IS LOOKING OVER THE PROMOTIONS SECTIONS HE IGNORES THE CALL DONOT RECEIVE CALL .

EBAY COUNTRY MANAGER SHOULD LOOK IN TO THIS MATTER AND THAN TO LUNCH TV ADDS OR ELSE THEY SHOULD BE BANNED .


STRICT ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN TO JABEER NOT ONLY ME MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS ARE FACING .
