Assured gift by ebay not yet recived

😞 I had bought the Item from ebay and paid thru paisapay ID 23837960844, for which there was assured gift on purchase of Rs 10000/-. but till date i have not heard any thing about my digital Photo frame from ebay. All of my other friends who bought the items have recived the gifts, but till date i have not. Can any body tell to whom we should contact and where.

How it can be trusted by new buyers if old seller like us are posting about not reciving the promised gift items by ebay and even ebay is not responding to any post. Was very much intrested in buying on ebay 4th birthday offer but can only buy any thing after proper response.

🙂 ebay is waiting me to forget about gift. but it is difficult to forget. can Item not recived dispute be opened against ebay.

I had purchased an iPod last Diwali and was assured of an 8GB pen drive as free gift. Even after informing them at eBay about non-receipt of the same, I have not received the gift item as yet. What should I do now? Were the gifts offered just to lure the customers or did they mean to deliver the item in Diwali 2009! Should I wait patiently (of course I have no hope now) or simply forget that the gift was ever offered to me? Can anyone suggest...???

ya even i have not received the valentine or 4th anniversary gifts...A very bad case of management by ebay...I regret using the coupons...should have used hdfc ones instead...atleast i wud have got an instant cash discount of 1000....

i agree with you vikrantgohil.It's better to use HDFC Gift Vouchers as they are atleast not fake like ebay offers....
