HI
I'm new to eBAY.
As I heard good abt eBAY, I bought 2 producta on eBAY.
I wait eagerly till last day, & I get a msg from eBAY telling money will be refunded as stock is unavailable.
why sellers are updating stock of the items displayed???
its very annoying to get such msg, when we spend so much time to choose a thing & eagerly wait for it.

Yup. Have complained against numerous sellers for such actions. But it seems that eBay management is least concerned about such issues. Though, this is very demotivating as I personally know few people who are open to online shopping but not ebay stating that its unreliable - seller dont ship etc..
Its high time that ebay should introduce some sort of control for such sellers.

unfortunately this is happening on ebay.
sellers MUST be responsible regarding their listings.
ebay can not come and check whether the sellers has enough stock.
i suggest ebay should keep limits on seller.

Next time before buying please ask the seller whether he has the item in his stock or not.

@0611chaitanya...
I understand how frustrating this can be when you eagerly await for the item to arrive and then you a message that the item is "not in stock".
The fact is 80% or more ebay sellers fall in this category of listing item which they do not have, they start to procure it only when they get an order.
The reason they do not send the item to the buyer is
1. The item is not available at that time OR
2. The cost is high.
In both cases the poor buyer suffers.
Sadly ebay does not consider this as a "bad buyer experience" because a very easy way to stop this is to compensate the buyer with an ebay coupon of the equal amount. Then see how many sellers list item which they do not have in stock.
