Amt of 29,991 debited twice and no response from ebay team

I purchased a Sony Vaio laptop on 21st Sept amounting to 29,991.First I tried the bank transfer option and after entering all the details ,it said that it has failed.So I paid off the amt again with my debit card.In the evening , I received a msg from my bank saying that the amt has been debited..So now this amount has been debited twice..I have called ebay 5 times in 4 days only to hear that they would get back..and nobody has ever got back to me.Pathetic customer service and commitments!!
