This is regarding an item which I had purchased from Ebay on 19/6/2016, it was supposed to deliver on 4th July but it was not done. When I had requested for refund amount they kept on hold for few days and rejected it.
When I called them and enquired I got to know it was delivered to Gurgaon instead of Hyderabad. They told it was their mistake and will refund my amount but they are not doing.
From last 45 days I am calling, emailing, chatting but getting same response that it will be resolved within 24 hrs, but no sign of them.
