Amount debited from Internet Banking account but PAISAPAY not Paid

Sir,
I mad a payment of Rs 300 (For item :- Car Auto Universal Spray Paint Can From Kobe~Flat Black) through PAISAPAY with my SBI net banking (Ref no:-MSBI2733321728IGA5395893). In my SBI account the amount has been debited but in my PAISAPAY account payment is not showing.

Please rectify this and update my PAISAPAY

You will have to share your Bank A/c statement transaction details with eBay.

i had purchased a product on 09-10-2012 the item no is 170808735776, amount of Rs.249/- using my SBI debit card through billdesk transaction no.201212301038 on POS 000000000001685, but after completing transaction it revolves and displays transaction could not be completed and the item still stay in my shopping cart,but In my SBI account the amount has been debited but in my PAISAPAY account payment it is not showing.please help.thank you.
