On 11th of july 2015, I tried to purchase an item from one of your seller with product code 161758185344. I opted to pay via internet banking (State Bank of India). The amount got debited, also I got the reference number IGOAIENFI9 for the above transaction but an error message stating that the payment was unsuccessful appeared on the ebay page. I tried to reach customer care via toll free no but with no help yet. i even cant find an email id to submit my greviances. is there any hope. any suggesstions. plz help
