Allow blocking of zero rated fake buyers

Recently I am facing a problem of bidding by buyers with zero rating, from India. These buyers become member on ebay and immediately bid on items in my 'Buy Now' listings and in the process close those listings. They never pay for the items. Since many of my listings are international, I lose international listing fees in the process. Apart from that loss I can relist those items only after 14 days, after following Unpaid Item Procedure. I propose to eBay to allow me to block any bidder who have ratings zero or lower. At present I can block only bidders who have got (-1) rating or lower. If this is not possible, then eBay should refund the international listing fees of those listings which are closed by unpaid fake buyers.

There is a easy solution to this :


1) Go to http://offer.ebay.in/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BuyerBlockPreferences


2) Buyers with Unpaid Item strikes (Click on Block buyers who have received 2 Unpaid Item strikes in the last 30 days.)


3) Under the section Buyers who haven't gone through SMS verification (Click on Block buyers who haven't gone through SMS verification.) Then click on Only apply this block to buyers who have a feedback score of (1)

Then choose the feedback rating.




The benefit is if the person who has gone through (which most buyer are not) the bidder is genuine.

And the bidder with 3or4 rating are anyway genuine !
