My claim id 1546804
i have not got my refund yet even after 13 days . I got different product , and complaint was launched by me. Ebay has taken product back from me via courier , product is also resent to seller via ebay ,
but i haven't got refund yet after 13 days . My ebay claim - 1546804 claim is approved and was close by them .
When I messaged customer care about it , they replied me following .
" On checking the records for this claim we have noticed that claim is closed in buyer's favour as you had not provided valid proof of shipment with in the given timelines.
We hope that we have been able to answer your query up to your satisfaction. If you need any more assistance, please feel free to contact us again by simply replying to this email. "
Here I am buyer , claim was closed in favour of me ..then why I have not got refund ?
And without giving refund , how my claim was closed .
Ebay had taken my product back , by sending a curier person to my home and I also sent necessary printuts along with the parcel which ebay told me to print .
Now I don't have roduct , and also I don't have refund .
I also want to purchase many products from Ebay , now how I can buy products frm Ebay if Ebay service is like this???
