I have raise a claim
As per our telephonic conversation on 20/07/2016, I pleased to inform you that eBay approved my refund request in form of eBay coupon. with coupon of 110% of item value. It should be sent to my registered email address, and i was expecting to receive it within 7-10 business days and the same is valid for 3 months. Note: Sundays and Public Holidays are excluded from working days. But still i did n't got any eBay coupon please resolve this issue asap.
