If you have filed a SNC, you have to give rating to the buyer...
if the time is over inform customer care with Item ID.
you will be very lucky if by any chance, that is one in a billion, if you receive the reply and your problem is resolved, that is if they are not charging you for SNC.
In my case they charged me for SNC, i gave them full fool proof emails sent by them they dont respond, they simply suspended me for Non Payment of Fees....
