My account was suspended because I didnt paid the outstanding invoices. The reason I didnt paid the outstanding invoices was because one item which buyer sent back was in damaged condition and I DID wrote an email (copy available in my outlook) saying the item is in damaged condition....still Ebay refunded the money to buyer with an excuse that they never received my email.
They say they prefer phone calls over email but I was smart enough to write email so that I can atleast have proof of communication.
I did recovered my money by opening different accounts and selling products and not paying their dues...Tit for Tat.
I am still open to resolve the issue if fair justice is given to seller. I am happy to pay all/any outstanding dues on my any of the account if someone from Ebay discuss the matter and resolve the same.
