Hi I ordered two days back redmi mi 2 then seller was send mail to me it's this is not new phone it's refurbished and not come with box accessories so am going to cancel my ordered bcoz I want new one then I was send mail to seller for cancellations after 48hrs til not cancelled my order so I ask eBay customer care guy he told we refund after cancel from seller see customer is important to company but very irritating with eBay don't buy want refund hope u resolve soon
