its not a reliable courier service. Surprisingly, it takes more than a week for delivery and also online tracking is also very poor. It is requested to EBAY sellers, not to send items through this courier

Recheck your facts, I have almost 50 Parcels leaving every week via ARAMEX.

They deliver-
Metro- Next Day
B Towns- 3 Days.
Interior parts- 5-6 Days.

That is @ Par with any other courier company. It may take more than a week, in case of incomplete address or wrong phone number, or your town being non serviceable by ARAMEX.

DTDC Has been using Railway Parcel services for forwarding to some places. That is the main reason sometimes the parcels are delayed/lost.

Mangalore is my location and for sure Aramex is not very reliable. They keep the parcel waiting for customers to call on them and collect the parcel. Reason - the Mangalore branch is a Franchise and business is very less. I have had to pick up my consignment on atleast 3 occassions.

i think bluedart is only the best courier option available with us.

Aramex really takes time. my shipment weight 200gms. from Delhi to chennai delivered in 13 days. What about the PPCOD shipments ?
