A question to ebay.

Hi.

Going straight to topic.

you guys go all military on a seller to make sure all items are delivered sound and safe , honestly i like that.

But when the delivery thing comes on your part ... you guys just suck at it.

This is regarding all the customers out there like me who didn't receive their "FREE PROMOTION GIFT" which you offered on first place.

Is it just me or that you (ebay) dont care about delivering the gift items with same priority as the any other . I never had to call any seller or ebay for late delivery status but when the thing comes for gift items which ebay is offering then things turn out ugly.

I had called your customer care helpline couple of times and its down lately ... you online chat support is joke... ( the person makes me wait 30 mins and says pls wait for 2 weeks on update.... !!) .

please bear in mind you are not donating the gift items that we have to call you time and again for the delivery.

Dear sir,
I had purchased so many items worth rs. 1,03,000 and ebay is supposed to send me the gift as per their WANT IT GET IT policy.
I have selected the Cannon SX150 camera among those three gifts but now the issue is,I cannot even see the status of this free gift,whether it is dispatched or not????
