I sold 1 bed last month successfully.The second bed that I had put on ebay was sold online but there was some problem with the buyer so after the dispute counciling I was refunded an amount of RS 722.50.So I relisted the item.However I find theres an amount Rs 722.50 again debited from my account after the refund.I took a better look at this amount and found that no one had bought this relisted item.I do not understand what this amount is for.I have been writing to ebay for abount 20 days now but the answers I get are not straight forward.
I feel cheated and dont know what to do.
