A bad experience- Closing of a/c of seller- healthgoods

My first ever experience with u, ebay, is not at all encouraging. On a friend's recommendations, I ordered an item on 10th march 09, contacted the seller who said it will be shipped the next day. I contaced him again today, he genly says that he cannt ship as his /ac has been closed by ebay....!!! If I dont get item within specific period..My money will be refund...

Do we the customers have enough time for all this unwanted things...Keep contacting the seller...God knows what will happen to refund now.Hope I dont need to do many correspondences for this...

As on now, I have no reason to write that I am satisfied or...
We, the busy people go for it to save time but...

Moral- Think, think, think.....before u order..

Such occasional things can happen even with the brick and mortal stores also, where you buy an item and do not get required performance. You then try for warranty repair/ replacement. But due to that do we stop buying from such stores. Millions of items are sold/purchased in eBay, yours may be an exceptional case. When your money is safe what is your big problem, that you are drawing moral from this?
