your item advt. shows shipping charge as rs.25/- why then rs 50/- is chared in my billing. is not it unfair practice? if you are not provinding as per the item discribtion page on ebay treat it as cancelled.i will leave a negative feedback for same.

my concern:
the buyer is theatning me to sell the item at local shipping cost which is 25 - he is not ready to pay as per national shipping rs.50 (as billed by ebay) otherwise he will leave -v feedback for me. PLZ DO SOMETHING THIS TYPE OF BUYER WASTE LOTS OF TIME OF REPUTED SELLERS.

I wonder when are such things gonna end on ebay? Why do the sellers need to be afraid of the Negatives 24/7 ? And specially because of such buyers who do not even read the description properly!!

Buyers are King on eBay, they can do anything to spoil the sellers reputation. No one can help here, are all bound to one-sided rules and regulations.

Hi Kumar
This kind of situation is faced by almost all sellers and all are helpless while ebay practicing their famous policies which only facilitates the buyers.
I feel it is high time that all Sellers unite to fight such situations.
Ebay considers and supports the buyers with 0 or less than 5 rating against reputed sellers with rating running in 100's. And based on such remarks by buyers (buyers who buy once/twice in a year) to be more prominent and punishes the Seller (who generates income for ebay) with all their suspensions and what not??
Ebay - please wake up and realise what the sellers have to face to continue business.

This seems like a simple case of misunderstanding. Why not contact the buyer and explain the situation instead of crying foul? Remember that its the buyers trust in e-bay that makes them buy from it. if its broken, all sellers, no matter if they have ratings running to thousands, shall be forced to shut their shops.Moreover remeber that first/second time buyers make the majority in india where e-commerce is just developing.

Ebay custumer support has changed nowadays why don't u write to them abt this issue and wait for a positive response. "Lord, I have done many things wrong.
