It has been almost 80 days since I bought a mobile worth 10.4K on ebay.in using the monsoon gift scheme - I opted for the hard drive. THe T&C stated that the gifts would be dispatched "latest by 45 days". As of today, it is more than 80 days (paisapay transaction on 22nd June 2009) and still I haven;t received the gift. I have made 5 calls and 3 emails till date, but all I get is a canned response asking me to "wait for another week".
I would like to know if there are others suffering similarly. Please suggest my course of action.
