Hi,
I send 7 emails to customer care regarding item which I sold.
3 for which we forget to enter the shipping details I submitted the POD but no response.
2 POD for which buyer fill item not received. I submitted the POD no response. I shock to see that both refund is approved. Earlier ebay first give a call now days he dont bother about it. Even buyer is ready to acknowledge the receipt of item.
Quite frustrated I spoke to live chat people 2 times they told me send a email to this id. I sent it 4 days ago no response I contact again this time new email address.
There is no escalation management. You cannot able to approach any manager nor a senior I am waiting for the 4 item money which ebay still need to pay. Also waiting from customer care to response.
I wonder ebay sell through seller ( means commission and all) but all the benefit goes buyer side ( enhance customer care,ebay gurantee,item not received and all). Buyer has more approach way then seller.
Seller has only 2 option. Email,Phone( Live chat useless as they do nothing).
