62 days passed. Ganesha Promotional Gift NOT Received

I have placed the order using paisapay id 32243232601 on 29th Sep and used code 'SGANESHA03' which was 'Micromax X291' mobile phone under Ganesh Chaturthi Promotional offer.
According to the site, it was mentioned that the gift will be delivered from 5th Oct onwards.

It is more than 62 days and I have not received the gift item.

Can you please tell me, when I will get this gift (Micromax X291 mobile)?
also please send the invoice along with this gift mobile.
