i writing on the behalf of Ginternational which a.c is suspanded due to poor rating (537 + and 8 negative )and negative is already solved but seller support is not removing it....
yesterday when we check our profile our ratings are 98.5% and after that we received around 12 positive rating no negative rating till now...today i received a mail from the baazee that your a/c has been suspanded due to poor rating... how can rating goes so much down in 6 hours and how can poisitive rating is not add in the rating as for there rules and regulation it is add at instant....4 rating which is removed showed up again due to disputes and seller support which is not removing it....new negative rating is also solved but not removed because seller support is not removing...buch of idiot sitting on the desk of seller support does not know how to behave with customer and seller....if you called them asking for reason the hard words came saying send us a mail we are not going to help you a buyer which is on std is asking for reason not helping them.... just asking send a mail....we are not there slave... bear all this pain last mail we send and last cafe posting until they do not refund the charges we are not going to do business on the baazee....which is full of 3rd class terms and condition read today newspaper times of india magzine.... see on ebay stolen item is selling without any problem and these are people who are not allowing original stuff until you do not have proff
