I Purchased Step down voltage converter as per the trailing mail. I have paid Rs.(550+100) for stepdown converter of 220v to 110v , 50w as shown in the epay website. I wanted to purchase a good quality one, thats why I paid this much of huge amount. But you have sent it to me of Kundip make converter (K-113) model , which is worth of Rs.150 only. I am totally disappointed with you, since i talk to Kundan electronics-Mumbai over phone to konw about the price of this (K-113) model. Please note that you have not mentioned in the website about the Kundip converter. Hence you are kindly requested to do the following. 1) Please honesly tell me the MRP rate of K-113 kundip 220v to 110v, 50W voltage converter (You are removed the MRP. rate from the Box) 2) Reduce the original MRP amount from Rs.650 (whatever I paid through epay) for K-113 model & reduce postal charge also. 3) Balance you pls be send it to me as early as possible.
