I am forwarding you mail of my mobile purchased on 15th Jan through your online website.
I have to say that my mobile camera is not working as it is under the warranty period. I have gone to service centre of Mi Max at Varanasi then he told we don't cover warranty period of any mobile which is purchased by ebay so you talk to ebay directly.
I have called to vendor Mr Prudhvi on his mobile for the same then he told me to call him in 10 minutes and I have tried so many times but he is not taking my call.
Then same thing I have complaint on your toll free no where I got reference
Me and my relatives are regular customer of your online shop. I want that you should maintain the status of the company.
I once again request you to kindly replace my mobile as soon as possible with new one .
