I had purchased an item 250430162602 from seller stampscoinsshoppee. He shipped me the item and till date i have not received the item. i opened the item not received case. paisapay rejected my claim. i dont know what is the buyers protection on ebay. i think there is no protection for buyer. even if a seller sends a blank envelope and shows the receipt that he had sent the item, paisa pay will beleive that. SO PLEASE BEWARE. this was a small amount so does not matter much. had it been a huge amount, i would had been in a huge loss.
