need help? i have raised the refund under "ebay guarantee" for "mouse" bought from ebay, but till date i haven't received refund. it has been a month now.. when ever i talk to customer care executive and ask him to put me to supervisior , he/she disconnects the call. can anyone help me?

If you have raised a claim and it has been processed yet, then present your claim id to ebay claim desk via the toll free no. to do so.

Did you contact the seller about the faulty item through phone?

If not, do so.
