I am a frequent buyer of products from EBAY. Last time i got a 4GB MP3 player from the seller say1seven7. But when checked the product was only 2GB. I sent the item back. The seller told that he will be shipping the correct product. But nothing happened. I havent got the player till now. I dont know how to get the player/money back.He is not replying to my mails.Either he should give me a product worth 4GB or let him refund the money.I can ship all the accessories back to him if he wants. I have totally lost 2000Rs on nothing.He is a cheater.

Hi scsridharan,

The process of sending back to the seller and again he will replace the item, there may be delay by courier.

Contact the seller first and ask about the despatch of replaced item. If he doesn't reply then open Item Not Received/As Described Dispute against the seller.

I had already opened up a dispute and he responded only once.he told that he had shipped the ite. Normally i will be getting the item within 2 days.But i waited for more than 1 week.You still want me to wait. I just want to expose this fellow in the public.He doesnt even respond to all the mails i have sent him.I dont know why he is lying also.These people should be taught a lesson.If somebody gets a 2GB product whilee paying for a 4GB product,how can i keep quiet.He told me to send the product. and the stopped resopnding.It is highly irritating.
